Brenda talks with the Executive Chef at Germaine’s Kitchen and Café, Chef Jon Wirtis. Germaine’s focuses on training and employment services for those experiencing intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and other unique barriers to employment. The café at Germaine’s, run by Catholic Charities of Oregon, is slated for its official public opening at the Clark Family Center in 2021.
