The Vancouver Wine & Jazz Festival is a celebration of the musical, visual, performing, and enological arts and brings together Grammy-winning internationally acclaimed musicians, regional jazz & blues bands, Northwest wines, fine artists, and local cuisine.
Headline acts this year include: Spyro Gyra, Blind Boys of Alabama, Tommy Castro & the Painkillers, saxophonist Grace Kelly, virtuoso banjo player Alison Brown Quartet, blues guitarist Sue Foley, New Orleans-based Bonerama Brass Band, and The Pascal Bokar Afro Blue Grazz Band. Local and regional jazz bands participating include the Norman Sylvester Band, Bottleneck Blues Band, and The Ne Plus Ultra Jass Orchestra.
General admission single-day tickets are $35 Friday, $50 Saturday, and $45 Sunday at the gate. Kids age 12 and under are free with paid adults. Available in advance: $25 for Friday, $40 Saturday, $35 Sunday; $100 3-day pass, and $80 2-day pass.
