Byzantine Drawing II class – in person and online

Byzantine Drawing II is open to anyone interested in learning how to draw the full standing figure in the Byzantine Iconographic style. They will learn the underlying geometry of a static frontal pose, a dynamic ¾ pose, and how to build a figure based on modules of the body. They also will study and compare icons from different eras to discover how the body form evolved over time in iconography.
