Iconography mini-course in Portland

The Classical Iconography Institute is offering a comprehensive and intensive mini-course designed for entry-level iconography students, using an icon of St. Antony of the Desert for instruction. Students will learn how to see the icon’s lines without the distraction of color and to re-create the underlying geometry of an icon. The course is intended to be an in-depth way to experience iconography and to apply this experience to other icons.
